It was my own journey with chronic pain that led me to massage. Although I started massaging later in life, I have a skill and passion that sets me apart from many other massage therapists. The human body is amazing and complex and there is so much to learn in this field. I will never stop studying, learning and experimenting with the various massage techniques and modalities. You can expect personal attention and sincere caring. My goal is to give you the massage experience you are looking for. I will customize a massage to suit your needs, whether relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, cupping, myofascial, cranialsacral or some combination thereof. Are you stressed, overworked and in need of relaxation? Come in for a Swedish style full body massage. Melt onto my heated table with aromatherapy, calming music and long slow strokes with light to firm pressure to relax the body and mind. Are you dealing with pain or limited range of motion? Let me help you with a therapeutic or deep tissue massage where problem areas are identified and worked as necessary. Trigger points, adhesions, ischemic tissue and other issues are addressed. We can create a treatment plan together to fully address the issues you are dealing with. There are so many reasons to get massage, from reducing pain, tension, stress and anxiety to improving sleep, range of motion, exercise performance and promoting relaxation as well as lowering blood pressure. Now is a great time to book your next massage with me, Roxannes Right Touch Massage, West Bend, Wisconsin.

A variety of techniques are incorporated in this massage to help you reach your goal whether that is pain relief, improved range of motion or stress reduction. Modalities may include Swedish massage, NMT, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, cupping, hot or cold therapies, targeted stretching, IASTM, Cranial Sacral and more. Sometimes the entire body is not treated in 60 minutes and a 30 minute session focuses on part of the body.
