Elysis Massage Therapy & Osteopathy

410 Conestogo Rd, 103, Waterloo, ON, N2L 4E2

Meredith received her osteopathic training from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and is an OSCTAN member in good standing. Meredith was drawn to osteopathy after experiencing treatment herself as a patient and seeing the difference it made in her and her children’s lives. With a background in health, movement and hands-on work as a certified birth doula, yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, she felt that osteopathy offered the next step in acquiring a deeper understanding of the human body and its ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Meredith aims to meet patients where they are and foster safe and positive experiences. When she’s not working, Meredith enjoys time with her three daughters and two cats. She loves being in nature, cooking, and trying out new dance classes.
