Hi! My name is Mikala, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in deep tissue and Swedish/Therapeutic massage, focusing on chronic pain (neck, shoulders, low back, hips, etc.), sports injuries, pre-natal/pregnancy massage, and foot reflexology. I received my degree at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2010. I moved back to Colorado in 2011. When I step away from working, I'm usually headed to the mountains to explore something new. I also enjoy cooking or baking, going to the gym, relaxing in the sun and being with my family.
