Hi, my name is Kelsey Marquardt and I'm so glad you're here! I graduated from Source Institute of Massage Therapy and Bodywork in FWB, FL in 2011 and began my career in a chiropractic setting as a licensed massage therapist and rehabilitation tech, where I provided manual therapies, guided therapeutic exercises,and assisted with stretch therapy. My interest in the nervous system deepened after becoming a parent to a child with disabilities, which led me to study and explore gentle, regulation-focused approaches to care for pediatric through adulthood. At Sage And Sound Bodywork, I blend this personal and professional experienceto provide thoughtful, individualized sessions that support the body's natural ability to heal and reorganize.
A calming, supportive session designed to ease muscle tensions, improve circulation and encourage deeply restorative relaxation through nervous system regulation of both mom-to-be and baby. Techniques are performed side-lying to protect mom and baby. Sessions open up with CranioSacral Therapy for added benefits and rejuvenation.
