Mike is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2025. He also holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, providing him with a strong foundation in anatomy and exercise science. Mike is dedicated to supporting patients in achieving their health and wellness goals through evidence-informed, individualized care. He values taking the time to complete a thorough assessment, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of every patient. His treatments incorporate a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular techniques. He enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, from sports-related injuries and postural imbalances to stress management and general maintenance. To further support his patients, Mike emphasizes the importance of homecare, providing exercises and self-care strategies to encourage lasting results. Outside of practice, Mike values an active lifestyle, enjoys time outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
