At Love Thy Bodywork, every session is about more than massage its about honoring where you are and giving yourself permission to feel good in your own skin. You deserve to feel whole, cared for, and at home in your body.
Massage Therapy
You'll have one hour to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. During this session expect long flowing strokes, the use of hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, suction cups and heating pad.
Reflexology
Treat yourself with to a foot bath infused with minerals and botanicals ending with 15 minutes of reflexology on each foot.
