Ashley graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy in 2018. She became a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) soon after. Continuing her education, Ashley attended Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM). Learning and staying up to date on research helps Ashley care for her clients. She has completed many courses, including cupping, pelvic floor health and joint mobilizations. A treatment with Ashley is aimed at meeting you where you are at. From surgery rehabilitation to general aches and pains to regular maintenance, she can help guide your recovery. Ashley takes interest in learning about each of her clients so treatments and home programs can be personalized to each individual. Learning client goals and the realities that they face helps Ashley work with them to make rehabilitation more attainable and enjoyable. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, watching the Bombers, spending time with her family and keeping active. She can often be found working out, golfing or at a family game night.
