Kelly believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her training to assist in the process. She began her holistic health journey in 2009 when she became certified as a holistic nutrition consultant. Kelly has been continuing her education since then and has also been certified in health coaching, reflexology, level II reiki, and oil therapy. Kelly has been studying Human Design since August 2022 and uses her knowledge to help people discover their unique design and how to live the life they were meant to live.
