My Name is Bethany Wisner. I have been doing massage most of my life. Starting at a dollar an hour as a child. I always loved helping people get relief from pain. In my 20's I went to massage school and trained professionally. I exceled in school graduating with a 4.0. All of my training and studying techniques are to provide my clients with pain relief and healthier being. I am trained in orthopedic massage; sports massage, trigger points, positional release, myofascial release, and neuromuscular massage.
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapy based on the principle that there are small and specific areas of innervation in the hands and feet that correspond to specific muscle groups or organs of the body. In this system, the nerve endings in the extremities provide a map of the rest of the body.
