I started on this journey, transitioning from nursing at a local pain management center to massage therapy, several years ago. I was introduced to Core Myofascial Massage therapy by a dear friend, who later became my mentor. Since finishing massage school, I've had the opportunity to continue my education with some outstanding therapists like George Kousaleos, Erik Dalton, James Waslaski and Magnus Eklund to name a few. Every class brings something new and exciting to this journey! Massage therapy is one of the most rewarding careers! I never tire of seeing smiles on the faces of those clients that just anhour or so earlier were often near tears. So many times clients have given up on pain relief. Traditional health care combined with therapeutic massage brings not only relief from pain, but oftenallows clients to resume activities with more comfort than they have had in a while.
