Hi, I'm Chelsey! I'm passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Whether you're recovering from a motor vehicle accident, managing a persistent injury, or looking to improve your strength and confidence, I'm here to provide evidence-based care with a plan that fits your life. One of my greatest passions is working with older adults, helping them build strength, improve balance, and maintain the independence to keep doing the activities they enjoy. As a mom, I also have a special interest in supporting new and expecting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping them rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies. As a runner myself, I enjoy working with runners of all levels, from first-time racers to experienced athletes. My goal is to help you understand your body, recover from injury, and stay active doing the sport you love. I'm also a DEXA technician, or "Dexpert" as you may, using body composition scans to track meaningful progress beyond the number on the scale. Together, we can celebrate improvements in muscle mass, bone health, and overall body composition while making informed decisions throughout your rehabilitation or fitness journey. I believe knowledge is one of the most powerful tools in recovery. My goal is for every client to leave feeling empowered, understood, and confident in managing their symptoms with realistic strategies that fit everyday life. Outside of one-on-one kinesiology, I teach a strength-based circuit class, lead a mom-and-baby fitness class, and coach a running group. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me on the trails with my family, running, cycling, or spending time outdoors, often with my four-legged sidekick, Nellie, our friendly office greeter.
