Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage lymph flow, helping reduce swelling, inflammation, fluid retention, and discomfort while promoting healing and tissue recovery. This treatment is especially beneficial after procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, breast surgery, or facial surgery, and is performed with a deep understanding of post-operative precautions and lymphatic anatomy. Each session is tailored to the individual’s stage of healing, medical history, and comfort level.
