I have been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years now. I study and stay up to date with new techniques and modalities that will best help my clients. Each session, we start with a consultation so we can figure out the best course of treatment for that day. Each session is customized to meet the needs of each client. Massage, stretching and exercises are all included so we can get you back to feeling your best. I love my job! I love helping people feel their best. These past 10 years have been an amazing journey and I cant wait to see what the next 10 years will be like.
