Adam Chan, B.Kin, graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Growing up as a competitive ice hockey player sparked his passion for movement, performance, and rehabilitation; and continues to influence his approach to therapeutic exercise today. He stays active through golf, pickleball, ultimate frisbee, and tennis. His approach to exercise therapy emphasizes individualized programming, functional movement, and long-term physical health - helping clients move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
