About Dr. Ann Kim, DAcCHM, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Sciences in 2024 and is currently completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM), expected in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia. Ann integrates both Eastern and Western perspectives in her practice, emphasizing the mind-body connection and a holistic approach to health. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. Her areas of interest include pain management, stress-related disorders, digestive health, and women’s wellness. She incorporates acupuncture, trigger point therapy, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, herbal medicines and lifestyle recommendations to help manage chronic pain, alleviate stress, and restore balance to the body. As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), Ann encourages movement practices that enhance healing, promoting exercises that improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, offering guidance on diet, mindfulness, and other lifestyle factors to support long-term health and resilience. Initial Visits are 75 minutes. Includes a comprehensive medical intake, acupuncture treatment and any modalities deemed necessary by practitioner. Chinese herbal medicine may be suggested based on each individual case. A $50 deposit is required to hold new patient Initial Visits. The remainder of your payment is due at the time of service.
