Dr. Dana Vos

Hi! I’m Dr. Dana Vos. And I love what I do. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta in 2013. Afterwards, I moved to Portland, Oregon, and enrolled in the University of Western States chiropractic program. I graduated in 2017 with two degrees: a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Masters of Science in Sport Medicine. I love working with all types of people. New mommas, athletes, desk warriors, children and babies, and everything in between. I am formally trained in a variety of adjusting techniques, soft-tissue techniques (ART, Graston), and kinesio-taping. My favorite things to treat are pregnancy / postpartum, sports injuries, shoulders and TMJs (aka jaws). Outside of work, you can probably find me sipping coffee or a beer and hanging out with my husband, Kevin; our daughter, Rose; and our dog, Sloan. In summer, we like to spend our weekends hiking and camping. In the winter, we love to tear up the slopes by snowboarding. In addition, my husband and I are big advocates and supporters of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Community in honor of our son, Jude. Few fun facts about me: • I practiced in Edmonton for 6 years before relocating to the beautiful city of Calgary • I was a dancer for ~20 years • I am the co-founder of the University of Alberta Quidditch team • I was in a Britney Spears musical for the Edmonton Fringe Festival • In 2012, I travelled to Nepal for 2 months for a where I worked in a women’s rights organization
