Jouen is a physiotherapist and former varsity runner who brings both clinical training and lived experience to her work with runners. She understands the demands of training from the inside and focuses on helping runners stay healthy, train with more control, and arrive at the start line prepared. During a RunReady Assessment, Jouen looks at how strength, biomechanics, and movement patterns shape performance and injury risk. Her background in strength and conditioning helps her build plans that improve durability, efficiency, and long-term consistency. If you are preparing for your first race or working toward a new personal best, Jouen brings a steady, practical approach to improving how you train. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her out on the trails or cooking meals to support her own training.

RunReady Movement Assessment

Our standard assessment includes a full-body movement test, your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, and a footwear Match based on how you move. You’ll receive a personalized plan and exercise program that shows what to fix, what to wear, and how to train. Your Score gives you a clear path to your goal, whether that’s running longer, running faster, handling technical terrain, or running pain-free and more consistently. Ideal for any runner building a stronger foundation or looking to understand how ready they are to take on specific runs or training challenges.
