I have found my purpose by helping others navigate their health in a holistic way. I love helping people understand their bodies and guiding them to live their best life with knowledge, bodywork, and understanding. I have studied multiple modalities and use the knowledge I have gained and experienced in every session. I am blessed to have incredibly supportive family and friends that I cherish deeply, an amazing golden retriever(Libby), and a life full of adventure and love. I would love to be a part of your journey to feeling better in your body so you can enjoy being present and LIVE instead of survive.
This session is a bodywork session that may include hot stone work, dynamic cupping, stretching, and gua sha work. I do not charge extra for these added modalities as I use them based on the bodys needs and clients medical status.
