Certifications Clinical Acupuncture Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Ian graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Since then, he has obtained his Clinical Acupuncture certification at CMCC and is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Ian has experience and enjoys working with all populations, including athletes, children with disabilities, adolescence, and adults to achieve their goals related to health, performance, and lifestyle change. Ian’s history with injuries and sport led him to a career in chiropractic medicine. He aims to guide and educate people about injury management and self care. He designs individualized strategies to actively involve his patients in their recovery to get back to doing what they love. Using his knowledge in exercise prescription and coaching, his goal is to provide you with the appropriate tools and confidence to feel and move better. Fun facts about Ian: he is conversational in Cantonese and Japanese, is a competitive powerlifter, and is a cookie connoisseur. When he’s not lifting heavy things you can find him hiking, or traveling to somewhere fun.
