For as long as I can remember, Ive been fascinated by the human bodyhow it moves, how it compensates, and how it holds both tension and emotion. My love for anatomy started early, and before I ever stepped into a classroom, I was the friend who happily offered massages just for fun. That natural curiosity eventually led me to formal training at Spa Tech in Westbrook, and Ive now been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. Over the years, Ive developed a style that blends deep therapeutic work with intuitive, energetic awareness. I currently offer deep tissue, energy work, reflexology, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, raindrop technique, and cupping. Im especially drawn to working with the hips, low back, neck, and headareas where physical tension and emotional holding often intertwine. Helping clients unravel chronic pain and release stuck emotions feels like meaningful, purpose-driven work to me, and I believe the two are deeply connected. My continuing education has included Reiki and energetic muscle manipulation, and Im currently expanding my knowledge into herbalism and sound healing. I love learning, and Im always exploring new ways to support the bodys natural ability to heal. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to tune into sense what their body is asking for and respond with a blend of skill, intuition, and grounded presence. My goal is always the same: that you leave feeling lighter, more open, and able to move through your day with greater ease.
