I am a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from The University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. While in school I worked close with the Bison Football team which helped me think quick on my feet and treat minor to serious injuries. As an athlete myself I understand the importance of maintaining health and well being and feeling your best. A huge misconception when it comes to Athletic therapy is that it’s only for athletes however, Athletic Therapy is for everyone. As an Athletic Therapist I provide assessments of injuries, rehabilitation and teach training techniques with the goal of improving your everyday life and getting you back to what you love doing most. I am certified in soft tissue release and cupping as these can be used as tools in the rehabilitation process. I am currently accepting new patients and I am delighted to get to know you as well as help you feel your best.
