I earned my license in January of 2021. My focus is on client centered care using various massage techniques to provide the best possible outcome in personal well-being. Helping people to improve their quality of life is one of my main passions. I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2019 and a registered yoga instructor since 2018.
Massage Therapy
Swedish is the classic massage comprised of long gliding strokes that lull you into a state of bliss. Gentle and very relaxing, it can help you de-stress by improving blood flow, reducing superficial tension and improving flexibility.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific reflex points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. The practitioner may also choose to treat the reflex points in the hands and ears during longer sessions if indicated. Either way, this massage leaves you feeling footloose and fancy free!
