Carol has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. She uses her experience to customize each session. By utilizing various modalities including stretching, enhanced muscle therapy, aromatherapy, rapid tension, prenatal massage, Gua sha and cupping, Carol helps her clients find relief and enjoys educating them on self-care. Outside of massage Carol is newly retired from office work, and looking forward to focusing on massage, taking additional massage courses, and spending time relaxing with her family and dogs.
Also know as swedish massage, uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
