A Certified Exercise Physiologist provides individualized exercise programming that focuses on enhancing functionality for individuals with one or more controlled health conditions. A controlled health condition is a condition that has been present for 6 or more months post-diagnosis. A doctor's clearance letter is required before the assessment.
