Julia is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who combines advanced clinical knowledge with a deeply restorative touch. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in Panama and completed her massage therapy training at the Life Line Institute in Florida. With experience in both chiropractic clinics and luxury spas, Julia specializes in pain management and neuromuscular rehabilitation. She is highly skilled in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, sports massage, prenatal care, and barefoot Ashiatsu. Julia customizes every session to relieve chronic tension, accelerate injury recovery, and restore your body’s natural balance.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
