Terina is a graduate from the RCC of massage. Her treatment style is to listen to the muscles and understand what the body needs. Coupled with the interest of the clients requests, makes for a transformative experience. Terina has a degree in kinesiology, a diploma in fitness and health promotion and diploma in massage therapy. She has worked in a physiotherapy client since 2011 as a PTA and Kinesiologist therefore her treatment type focuses on recovery and prevention of injury. She has the ability to do deep tissue, Active release, trigger point, lymphatic draining, myofascial release and so much more.
