Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how bodywork can transform both physical and emotional well-being. I take pride in my ability to assess clients’ unique conditions and design personalized treatment plans that encourage healing, restore balance, and foster long-term relaxation. My goal is always to ensure that every client leaves feeling better, lighter, and more in tune with their body.
Massage Therapy
Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. It’s effective in treating repetitive stress injuries such as tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome and can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage involves light, smooth, rhythmic touch to the skin plus pumping at the lymph nodes. These techniques encourage the Lymphatic system to better do its job: gathering old cells (including pathogens, toxins and plasma proteins), guiding them out of the body and making way for newly oxygenated cells to nourish organs, muscles and extremities. Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for many reasons: pre and post surgery, post workout soreness, recovery post sickness, spring cleaning, relaxation and especially to treat fluid retention.
