Movement has always been a driving force in Casey’s life. As a former competitive dancer, she developed a deep appreciation for the biomechanics of movement—an understanding that now shapes her approach as a physiotherapist. She is passionate about helping clients overcome pain, recover from injury, and reach their full potential, Casey works with a wide range of injuries and skill levels. She tailors every treatment to your unique needs – whether you’re striving to regain daily function, enhance athletic performance, or break free from chronic pain- guiding you toward strength, mobility, and lasting results. Casey has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2009, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her clients. She earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University, building on a strong foundation in movement science gained through her Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) with Honours in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Before becoming a physiotherapist, she worked as a kinesiologist, deepening her understanding of movement mechanics and rehabilitation. Dedicated to continuous learning, Casey has pursued extensive post-graduate training, including acupuncture, chronic and complex pain management, and numerous specialized courses through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI). Casey is also highly trained in Functional Dry Needling, a technique that relieves pain, releases muscle tension, and restores movement by targeting trigger points. This approach is a highly effective treatment strategy, helping clients recover faster and move with greater ease. Outside of work, Casey stays active—whether that means getting in a workout, chasing after her two energetic daughters, or attempting to drink a cup of coffee while it’s still hot. A former dancer, she now spends more time playing chauffeur to ballet classes than actually dancing, but she still enjoys the occasional kitchen twirl. Between work, family, and keeping up with her kids’ endless energy, life is its own workout- but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
