Belle has been a practicing Kinesiologist in the Lower Mainland since 2015. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, she dedicated her career to helping clients recover from motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries. Over the past decade, she has gained extensive experience in a variety of settings, including physiotherapy clinics and home-based rehabilitation. Belle believes that every person’s path to recovery is unique. She develops personalized exercise programs tailored to help each individual reach their specific health and well-being goals. To expand her clinical skills, Belle is currently in her final year of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture program at KPU. She uses her Kinesiology background to improve physical movement while integrating her TCM studies to gain a deeper perspective on the body’s overall balance. By blending exercise science with these holistic principles, she provides well-rounded care that is culturally respectful and supports long-term healing. Outside of the clinic, Belle stays active with Pilates and camping. She also finds balance by walking local trails and spending time in nature. Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
