Beginning her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), she has continually expanded her expertise, acquiring skills in sports injury management, fascial techniques, and contemporary/medical acupuncture for musculoskeletal issues. Deeply committed to the mind-body-spirit connection, Mena has enriched her practice through advanced training at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She now incorporates a variety of Chinese Medicine modalities—including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Gua Sha, and Tuina—to address both systemic and local concerns. In her client-centered approach, Mena blends these time-honored techniques with allied practices such as yin yoga and Pilates, creating a truly holistic framework designed to nurture wellness from every angle.
