Callie Ryan (She/Her/Hers) is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Board Certified Herbalist. She received her masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emperors College in Los Angeles, California. She also completed an internship at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center at Providence Hospital in Burbank, California, supporting patients emotionally and physically throughout and after receiving cancer treatment. Inspired by the medicine itself, Callie sees the body as a micro-system of interconnected parts working alongside one another to create a vessel of smooth flowing pathways and pivots. Utilizing traditional techniques and diagnostic tools alongside aspects of functional medicine, Callie aims to treat the whole person and spirit in response to how their current conditions are manifesting. Some of her specific clinical interests include autoimmunity, chronic illness, psycho-emotional care/mental health, postpartum support, digestive health, and supporting patients moving through eating disorder recovery. Callies practice in alternative medicine is rooted in community care, and deeply informed by her own experience of both giving and receiving care while navigating living with chronic illness. Rosebelly Healing was founded with the dream of creating a safe container to provide judgment-free, trauma-informed, and accessible care for as many vulnerable bodies as possible. She works with her patients in a collaborative manner, understanding that each patients body has all of the resources it needs to find its own version of balance and calm.
