Primitive Patterns Physiotherapy

Hey! I’m glad you’re here. A little bit about me, and my practice: I am a Registered Physiotherapist, with an extensive background in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training. I graduated from Western University with a Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) in 2023. Before that, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. In the clinic, my top priority is clear and transparent communication, because I believe that being well-informed and having realistic expectations are what set the stage for a successful recovery from injury and return to sport/activity. I am passionate about helping you build self-efficacy and resilience in spite of your pain experiences, and guiding you on your path back to sport performance, health and overall well-being. Let’s work together to expand what it means to move, perform and live to your potential.

Physiotherapy Assessment (New Client)

*For new clients* Initial assessments will be approximately 60-90 minutes. We will take a deep dive into your injury history, complete a thorough physical examination, performance testing (if applicable), and collaborate on an individualized rehab plan.
