Tim is a highly skilled Registered Kinesiologist with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry where he has amassed over 10,000 client-facing hours of exercise consulting and therapy. He has worked with a wide range of the population, from children with disabilities to professional athletes. He recently spent 8 years working at a large private health clinic in Toronto, where he was leading education initiatives for one of the largest teams of kinesiologists and fitness professionals in Canada. He has a curious passion for learning how the human body works, how dysfunctions develop, and the application of how to restore optimal function. As a lifelong learner, Tim has completed over 40 courses, workshops and seminars, including integrative cardiology, neurology and manual therapy. He has a well-versed skill set in spine health, and breathing mechanics and the relationship between the two. Tim is working on the development and implementation of BridgeHealth’s Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation program, and has presented research on fertility biomarkers at the University of Toronto and the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society’s annual conference. In his spare time Tim enjoys Olympic weightlifting, reading and spending time with his wife, son and dog.
