Charlene is a recent graduate of the American Institute of Massage Therapy and specializes in Swedish massage and Supercharged Swedish massage with Shiatsu. Each session is customized to the individual client’s needs, in order to enhance and maximize mind/body wellness. Charlene is passionate about helping others and is committed to expanding her expertise to include a wide range of massage techniques.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
