Tamra is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who recently relocated to the Okanagan from the lower mainland. She has always been involved with athletics ranging from team to individual sports, and understands how important recovery is to the athlete and their ability to excel at sport. Tamra uses a variety of massage therapy techniques to improve performance, enhance body awareness, and restore an individual to wellness. When not in the clinic or seeking further knowledge, you can find Tamra exploring the surrounding great outdoors with friends on her mountain bike in the summer, or snowboard in the winter, partaking in CrossFit, and enjoying time at the beach. • Areas of Focus : Rocktape, IASTM • Education : West Coast College of Massage Therapy • Memberships : CMTBC, RMTBC

A short assessment will be done at the start of your Initial Visit in order to develop an appropriate and individualized treatment plan for you. Home care and/or exercises may be given to you as part of your treatment plan at the end of each visit.
