Tara Snell

Tara holds a Massage Therapy Diploma from Trillium College and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is passionate about massage therapy and truly believes in the positive and rewarding effects massage therapy has on the body. Tara has experience in prenatal massage, infant /child massage, myofascial release, cupping massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, sports massage and deep tissue. She has a particular interest in helping those dealing with the effects of stress and anxiety and the related issues associated with it (insomnia, headaches, general muscle-related aches, pains, and tension). She is committed to excellence by maintaining her continuing education and giving the highest quality of care within her practice. While not practicing as an RMT she can be found being a chauffeur to her kids to and from the rink and gym. Tara enjoys playing hockey, working out and spending time with family and friends.
