Hello! I'm Ashley, the massage therapist behind Moonstone Massage & Reiki. My passion for massage began with my first experience in 2008, which left a lasting impression on me. A few years later, when I was seeking a meaningful career change, I knew I wanted to help people feel better both physically and emotionally. Massage felt like a natural fit, and I soon committed to a comprehensive 900-hour training program. I graduated in November 2013 and have been dedicated to the practice of massage ever since. I believe in the profound ability of massage to calm the nervous system, provide a sense of care, and unlock the body's innate healing potential. In addition to my expertise in massage, I have expanded my skills through a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Level 1 and 2 Thai Yoga Bodywork training, and Level 1 and 2 Reiki training. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from many exceptional therapists. These experiences have allowed me to develop a unique style of my own. I look forward to using my experience and knowledge to support you on your healing journey.
