I offer a unique approach to pain management, treating acute injuries and chronic pain including migraines, sinus issues, neck, back, sciatica, repetitive use syndrome and neuropathy. After emotional or physical trauma, injuries &/or surgeries, scar tissue & connective tissue can build up resulting in compensatory patterns. Problems occur when these patterns become so dominant, the body is unable to perform basic activity/movement. This combination with individual habits or injury leads to stress, strain, and torque on the joints and soft tissue along with holding negative emotional cellular memory patterns all trapped in the fascia and nerves. With 17 years of experience of hands on clinical setting and continuing education in numerous modalities Ive found every client is unique so every session will be customized to fit your needs that given day and also following a wellness plan that we develop together.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue just below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Other modalities such as Acupressure, MFR, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, Gaston Technique cupping, hot stones, trigger point, hydrotherapy &/or microcurrent and light therapy could also be used.
