Hi, I’m Katya, a Registered Massage Therapist trained at Langara College with a background in Health Science and Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. I take a client-centred, holistic approach to treatment, focusing on both symptom relief and the underlying contributors to pain and tension. I use a mix of therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and, swedish massage. Each treatment is tailored to support injury recovery, postural strain, stress management, and overall well-being. With a background in sports and movement, including work as a certified Pilates instructor, I bring a strong understanding of how the body moves and adapts. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered in their healing. My favourite areas of practice are injury recovery, chronic pain management and pre and post natal massage. I also speak English and Russian.
This treatment is best suited for a full-body treatment, for relaxation and to spend extra time on an area of most concern.
