Fix Healthcare
Raegen is a Registered Massage Therapist with over eight years of experience, having graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and become licensed with the College of Massage Therapy of BC (now CCHPBC) in 2018. She's inspired by the joy of helping people thrive, and by how much her best work at the table supports her patients in showing up fully for what matters most to them. Raegen works collaboratively with each patient, combining skilled palpation with real- time patient feedback to pinpoint the root cause of each issue. While deep tissue work does occur, particularly in the glutes, it isn't her focus. She prefers to engage the body's parasympathetic nervous system with gentler pressure to elicit its natural healing response, often coaching breath work alongside hands-on techniques to support this. Craniosacral therapy is fast becoming a defining focus of Raegen's practice, an area she's deepened through specialized training at the Upledger Institute. She continues to expand her offerings with manual lymph drainage and more fascial training on the horizon. She has particular success with neck and low back pain, headaches and migraines, thoracic outlet syndrome, and general stress reduction during chaotic times, and enjoys the challenge of meeting each person exactly where they are in their own health journey. Outside the clinic, Raegen can be found cycling the streets and kayaking the waters around Victoria, along with a little camping here and there. She enjoys the odd sewing project and watching TV with her fur babies.
