I graduated with academic honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and have spent my entire career working in dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical settings. I have a special interest in supporting pregnant individuals, seniors, and those with complex or medically challenging conditions. My practice is rooted in a whole-person approach that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and long-term well-being. Outside the clinic, I’m a musician, gardener, and avid reader who loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or paddling a canoe.
