Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a highly effective and gentle manual technique that is widely used to drain excess fluid from the body. This specialized massage technique involves applying a series of gentle and rhythmic movements in the direction of lymph flow, with the goal of supporting the body's natural drainage of wastes and toxins. By stimulating the lymphatic system, this therapy promotes a natural healing process that can help to reduce inflammation, alleviate swelling and discomfort, and boost overall wellness.
