I have found myself on a journey, striving everyday to be the best me I can be. I am an artist, a food enthusiast, and lover of all things wellness. It brings me joy to share my passions and skills with others. This is where I thrive. I began my career in ocean rescue and emergency medicine, followed by hospital work. Ultimately, it has lead me to pursue a more holistic approach to helping others, through massage. Our bodies are capable of healing on their own, if only we are willing to listen. My hope is to share my experiences and knowledge with others who want to build healthy habits. I want to inspire self care, self love, and create strong and peaceful mindsets.
