I graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in May 2009 and became licensed by the State of Maryland and certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I have since held licenses in Florida, Virginia and most recently Colorado while also maintaining my professional membership with The American Massage Therapy Association. In May 2015, I graduated from Zenya Yoga Academy in Newport News, Virginia and became registered with Yoga Alliance. My most recent certification is through Warriors At Ease, a non profit organization which offers an evidence based yoga and meditation training for active duty service members, veterans and their families impacted by war, sexual assault and trauma. This client base is especially close to my heart as a proud active-duty military spouse. In November 2015 I was introduced to the incredible benefits of essential oils and got my starter kit from Young Living. I was instantly obsessed and became an educator and sharer with the leader and pioneer of the essential oil movement. Studying the healing properties associated with these plants has completely transformed the way I look at wellness, care for my family and conduct my business. I'm excited to share these natural alternatives with others on their personal journey to living more mindfully through wellness. ~ Be Well ~

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
