I am passionate about promoting health and wellness through the restoring power of massage and bodywork. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, my family is my greatest blessing and source of joy. We love spending time together outdoors, exploring Gods beautiful creation through hiking, camping, and simply breathing in the fresh air. This is an integrative massage session using medium to deep pressure combined with a blend of Swedish, Myofascial, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue massage techniques custom tailored to meet your individual needs.
