I am excited to be practicing massage in my dad's hometown of Iuka, MS. I was looking for a natural way to help people based on my own experience with whiplash which lead to ongoing pain. I specialize in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach.

Combination of Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, and trigger point therapy with some Myofascial Release - a full scope massage designed to address specific needs of the individual client.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. (This is NOT a relaxation or deep tissue massage modality)
