Jahanvi completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and her Honours Bachelor of Science in Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Windsor. Jahanvi is dedicated and compassionate, with a strong focus on delivering evidence-based care and improving patients’ quality of life through personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Her treatment approach incorporates a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, therapeutic taping, modalities such as shockwave therapy and exercise prescription. Jahanvi’s approach is rooted in open communication, where she takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns, set realistic expectations, and guide them through every step of their rehabilitation journey. She believes in empowering her patients to take an active role in their recovery, fostering long-term health and wellness. Jahanvi plans to pursue advanced training in acupuncture, pelvic health, and running rehabilitation programs in the near future. In her spare time, you’ll find Jahanvi at various run clubs in the city, unwinding with a good yoga flow, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
