"I found my interest in massage therapy thanks to my wish to further develop a deeper connection between healthcare and the general public. I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2026, and have great interest in senior and post-op care, and plan to take further schooling in manual lymph drainage to apply myself in an under-serviced population. I firmly believe that massage therapy is not just a physical style of therapy, but that it is most effective as a holistic approach that takes into account mental health as well. I like to achieve deep, sustained relaxation through myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, with a focus on calming treatments for overall wellbeing, particularly for chronic, occupational, or postural conditions. I believe that relaxation can be achieved through both a quiet environment, and also through conversation! I am an avid gardener and will happily talk about my plant collection with anyone who wishes to compare notes. I take part in a wide variety of social dances: West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Fusion, and Blues. I have a decade of experience in the veterinary industry, and care for 4 geckoes: Kinako, Eos, Aster, and Hesperus. As their name suggests, I'm also a student of Greek mythology."
