I'm a former information technology professional pursuing my passion in bodywork and movement. With my unique background in IT, I take a holistic approach to massage therapy because I've experienced first hand the impact that sedentary work can have on the body. My intention is to break the cycle of pain and immobility by using techniques like deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. These techniques work to release tension and tightness in the muscles, providing relief from chronic pain and discomfort. I also have more than 20 years of experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, and martial arts and offer corrective exercises like stretching and strengthening techniques to help clients stand taller and move easier. Massage Therapy
Prices are all inclusive. Gratuity is not necessary. A bodywork session includes use of Cupping, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Deep Tissue massage, Joint Range of Motion, Active Assisted Stretching and Muscle Energy Technique. If you want to continue treatment at home, you will also receive self-care guidance to alleviate chronic pain. Other modalities include Reiki, Prenatal massage and Intraoral work for TMJ.
Osteopathy
For a limited time $85 for an hour. Cranial mobilization is the art and science of applying gentle osteopathic techniques for concussions, whiplash, chronic headaches, and even PTSD. Clients find this modality very relaxing while releasing deep-set holding patterns in the head and neck.
