Dr. Tara Spearman is an experienced chiropractor with over 20 years of practice, specializing in family chiropractic care and Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST). She graduated from the University of Victoria and the National University of Health Sciences, where she also completed a three-year residency in family practice. Dr. Tara has a special focus on TMD/TMJ disorders, along with disc herniations, chronic back pain, and wellness care. She tailors each treatment to fit her patients’ unique needs, using techniques like Cox Technic, Diversified, SOT, Drop Table, and Activator. Outside of work, she enjoys quadding, snowshoeing, boating, cooking, and spending time with her family. She’s also passionate about supporting dog rescue and autism awareness.
